All of my coffees from here have tasted pretty good, but the baristas don’t seem too friendly. Whenever I order here, the cashier gets confused about my order most of the time and I have to repeat myself usually.

The drinks are still quality but the service promised from an actual Starbucks (rather than a licensed store) is non existant. You can’t just stop to go move merchandise from the back when you have 6 people waiting and 5 in line. Waited 10 minutes and only moved 2 people in line.

Hours say they close at 9. I was in there before 9 on January 2 and the barista said the person in front of me was the last customer and wouldn’t serve me. I was going to get 2 drinks and something for the kids. Apparently hours don’t mean anything. Disappointed.
