Nice little Starbucks store inside a Target store. Makes shopping a little more tolerable (I’m not a big shopper, so every little incentive helps) The barista was super friendly and service was prompt. And, of course, our drinks were delicious!

Ran out of whip cream “2 seconds” ago but never mentioned when order was made and clearly no one else ordered a drink with whip cream before me so how did it just run out? Now I have to go to another store to reorder because I wasn’t told this. MENTION this DURING the order next time. Not after you are asked. Could have save my 10 minutes of waiting!

So I walk into this Starbucks in Target Menomonee Falls and wait for a minute to get some attention from this girl working at Starbucks as she’s busy cleaning. Finally I have to interrupt her and she’s like give me a couple of minutes, so am like ok. She does not clean her hands from her cleaning session , takes my order which am ok with, she takes a cup in her hand to pour the coffee and while I tell her that she should have washed her hands, her response back to me was you are also going to use your hands to hold the cup. I was like I don’t want to place the order and she wasn’t even courageous to apologize. What a pathetic attitude and disgusting response. Had to give a feedback to the Target Store manager. Hope they teach their employees the importance of customer service. Thoroughly disappointed.

Worker was so rude to us, he had long greasy hair and there was a huge line and he screamed at my friend for not staying behind a blue line, but there was no poster to show where to go. Overall he was extremely horrible and bad at his job and we left the Target in the middle of the line to take our business elsewhere.
