Jul 29, 2023. Love the caramel crunch frap and most of the counter servers are well mannered. However, when my order was ready, the server who brought my drink over, slide the cup hurriedly across the counter and threw the straw on the counter, and went back browsing her phone. Needless to say, a bit taken back despite not really expecting best service but did hope for a more well mannered service.

STARBUCKS: Bella i think her name was, very rude. declined to remake my drink and made me open the lid for her to fix it. and cashier who took my order. also rude. didn’t get her name, she had white hair an older lady. very disappointed cause i come to that starbucks almost every day but they ruined my experience for the first time

They were nice. But target is not where you want to go for bigger orders. I ordered 5 drinks, came fast. Faster than processing my payment. She wrote on the cups and then entered it in. Wanted to reload my starbucks account but she did it wrong so I got no stars that’s what I’m more sad about.

A friend and I went to starbucks. We each got a drink. It was a little busy, several people were in line, and only one person working. She was really busy. She had to take the orders and make them and clean up. She was pleasant and did well and the drinks were good. They need more staff working! One person on shift is not enough.

I give this place 4 stars for the friendly staff. Otherwise I’d give them 3. This is the only starbucks that seems to not get drinks right. Any other starbucks I go to, the drink i order tastes just the same. But here they are doing something different.
