Guess a lot of people like it but i like McDonalds and Kwik Trip coffee better the one in kenosha is hard to get in and out of there traffic bad there. McDonalds give me coffee for less then 1.00 cause Im a senior 55 and up

I love this Starbucks! The people that work there are friendly and always willing to help. The manager (as well as others) is awesome and knows many customer drinks before they even order. Everyone is always smiling. My favorite Starbucks to get a coffee!!!

Customer service wasn’t friendly and my order was wrong. Immediately returned. Employee excuse was my whip cream must have melted. I have been posting this longer than it took to return with the incorrect order. No apology fror the inconvenience. Also the original employee who served me had her hair hanging out and in front of face when making my drink.

Stopped this morning about 8am. Waited while the male worker finished taking care of the person in front of me. When he finished he finally took my order for a single drink and then he proceeded to take orders for 4 more people in line behind me. He then went on to prep and make sandwiches before he ever started my drink. I waited at least 15 minutes for him to finish my drink which was supposed to be easy ice only to receive it with extra ice(the cup was packed full of ice) in it. I stated it was suppose to be easy ice and he says it is. Not sure how he could even think it was. When I got home like 5 minutes later I removed most of the ice and was left with less than a quarter of a glass of liquid that still had ice in. This is not the first time this has happened and I was trying to be considerate to all the people behind me and if I didn’t need to get back home I would have demanded that he remake it. Customer service is so lacking at this location.

Went to Starbucks yesterday afternoon between 2:30 & 3 pm after grocery shopping. The young girl that was by the cash register when I walked up to counter was on the phone. She was asking someone on phone when they worked & then said to someone that was behind me at a table when the person was working. I am standing there waiting to be waited on & she keeps talking on phone & to other person in store. She clearly had to of saw me right in front of her but didn’t care to wait on me. I finally left. I will take my business else where. Obviously this Starbucks has workers that do not care about their customers.

Not the best Starbucks because it’s obviously small and in a grocery store but it’s nice to grab a coffee while you do your shopping. There’s a small seating area and a few things to eat. Skip it if you’re in a hurry as it can take a little while to get your order due to only one or two workers.
