They do not wash hands before handling cups n they touch the mouth of the cup. I thought since I filed a complaint n saw new people working that things would be better nope. I will not be back. Also I could hardly taste the peppermint in my mocha frappe. Usually it’s pretty good not this time

I walk in to pick my mobile order after 15 minutes and everyone is literally just standing there. I waited another 10 while the 3 girls served the drive thru rather then taking care of the order that had been there for 15+ minutes

I literally just love this Location. Even though it’s Not an actual Starbucks Location. They have what I love lol & they are always Nice. EVEN when I see them getting “Slammed” with customers. (They usually only have 2 max staff at a time.) BUT they definitely get you through the line, with patience and respect. I’m there at least once a week. Lol see u next week. 😉
