Generally I have a pleasant experience every time I stop here for coffee. However, this morning I encountered a rude employee who utterly ruined my day with his attitude and disrespectful comments. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Starbucks and I hope this employee learns to treat people with kindness and respect.

This Starbucks probably has the nicest baristas I’ve ever met. They are always kind, and usually comment on how they like my shirt. Plus they have always gotten my order right and in a timely manner. Plus the location is perfect for picking up an order before class or on my way home.

Used to my favorite place, tell I came today and waited 25 minutes for a medium starwberrry banana smoothie, and it tastes terrible and watery. They served about 16 people before me also and people that were just coming in before they even asked “Do u want whip cream?”. ♀️ And too make things better when I took my lemon bread out of the bag it all fell apart and fell on the floor. :).

The place is quite and furnished in a fancy way ( not like the state street one). Though the place isn’t huge, and as listed on line it closes early (at 7) not like other Starbucks. The waitress there are nice.

Ordered vanilla latte….doesn’t taste anything like vanilla….they asked my name…( I’m the only one in the store). When drink was finished….wouldn’t just directly hand it to me. Made me walk all the way to the other end to retrieve. Also they don’t except Apple pay….
