Not generally a fan of Starbucks due to their left of center management, so this is a rare event. Had a matcha latte (抹茶ラテ) with extra powder. See pic. Well done, although overly sweetened compared to the original Japanese version. Lots of nice cakes and sandwiches. See pic.

I do enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, though it depends on who’s making it because sometimes it seems perfect and other times soggy. The spritzers are mostly ice, its maybe 5-6 oz of fluid without the ice. Service also depends on who is working. Atmosphere feels a bit hectic, but I also enjoy quieter and more traditional coffee shops with little nooks to hide away in.

I have had plenty of good experiences with this Starbucks. However there is one cashier I have noticed is very unfriendly and a bit rude with the couple of encounters I’ve had with her. She definitely doesn’t want to be there some days. I ordered a venti iced caffe mocha and noticed it was made in less than a minute. I was impressed but then noticed the insane amount of cocoa powder at the bottom of the cup. Most of it I drank and it was like swallowing dry cocoa powder.. not super impressed this time but hopefully next time will be better!

This store is okay but has a few quirks. They turn off order ahead when there are many employees and few customers. They’re usually out of bags of Sumatra coffee beans–my favorite. But the employees are nice and my dog loves the pup cups. I probably hold Starbucks to a higher standard. But that’s just the brand image they created.

Whoever the girl with no name tag is who was working the counter at 9:45 am on 7/10/22 is very rude. Every question I asked she had an extremely snotty response and this is after she ignored my presence for 5 minutes because she was too busy talking to a coworker, needless to say I left without purchasing anything.

It was busy with a long line of customers so I understand that not everything can be great when you’re swamped. However, the floor had visible trash scattered throughout, needed to be swept. The counter where they hand you your order was completely sticky and needed to be wiped. The chairs near the tables were scattered everywhere. It felt unclean and staff was unorganized in this store.
