Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they messed up my drink twice. I got a caramel frap that had barely any coffee and a white mocha. Had to go back after we realized the white mocha was a mocha, simple mistake. Got it remade and was happy. Tasted it and it was basically hot milk, there was maybe one shot in it. I really wanted to give em a break but they weren’t busy and I genuinely think they just weren’t trained well

Please just explain how you run out of cold brew at 9:30?? And I know they aren’t that busy because there is a much better coffee shop right down the road. Never going here again you get more creamer than coffee. This isn’t a Starbucks it’s a marshfield Wisconsin Starbucks issue. Be better!

I was the only customer in the morning and ordered one drink. I was chatting with the cashier and when she handed me my drink, it was incorrect. I told her my order was an “ice green tea latte.” Her coworker quickly remade my drink and this is what I get. Mind you the ice amount in the coffee was the right amount because I specified “light ice” when I placed my order. The liquid wasn’t even half my venti cup. It was disappointing.

Slow service ordered ahead and said my order would be done by 3:47 got in at 3:52 and there was no drink. There was 4-5 employees all standing and talking in a circle. When I asked for my mobile order they continued to talk to each other and finally got it by 4:01. I was almost late to work. Shouldn’t have taken 21 minutes to make a single drink. Not to mention the drink was botched. I had an iced matcha latte but the powder was at the bottom not even mixed in. I also asked for light ice in which they filled the cup to the brim with ice barely having any of the actual drink

I stopped going to the Starbucks in my town for various reasons but when shopping in Target yesterday 8/10 the coffee I ordered was perfect! The girl working was the sweetest. I will definitely be back.

Got my usual “FIX” of iced coffee. The servers were smiling, friendly and quick. I have a broken wrist so they helped me with my order. Definitely will go again. Starbucks across the street had NO ICED COFFEE….LOL
