The server that works here regularly around 2:30 in the afternoon is rude. She hands out incomplete drinks and won’t fix them when you say something is wrong with it. This is the drink I received. It’s not fully made.

I really don’t know what you want me to say, it’s a STARBUCKS. There’s one every 30 yards or so, and they all serve the exact same things. If you need a coffee to make it through shopping at this specific Target location, then here you go.
