To the worker that made my venti strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit drink with water, you were correct that I didn’t specify what I wanted but still, your customer service was poorly expressed. Although, I forgot to specify what I wanted in my drink, I think that it was still your job to make sure you are making the right drink (because it has options). I hope you don’t treat all customers like this. Will never come back here again.

Very disappointed this morning with the customer service at Starbucks this morning. The cashier was very distracted by talking to the another worker and they mess up on someone else drink and they were gossiping about other customers and did not receive a thank you and your welcome and they were very snotty because they did not like to be interrupted by other customers and they should keep their other opinions to themselves and need to improve on focusing on the customers not on their friends and greet customers with a smile.

When I stopped before work they weren’t busy, but moved at a very slow slow pace… the girl at the cashier that took my order pretty much didn’t listen to what I ordered… I asked for light on the carmel drizzle and she wrote heavy on carmel and I forgot to say soy milk but that’s my own fault… the other girl who made the drink offered to re-make the drink but I didn’t want it to go to waste so I just dealt with it. But this location needs to make sure they listen, and pick up the speed a little bit.

Cant go wrong with Starbucks. Just wish they had a broader selection in black tea beverage selections like their competitors. For instance, caribou offers The London Fog. A vanilla and black tea steamed with milk.offered both hot and iced.
