Used mobile order while I walked to Macy’s from the other end of the mall. Arrived at the same time as two other customers, let the barista know my name and that I had placed a mobile order and my order was taken care of first. All businesses are short-staffed and there is a sign out front declaring that they need more help. Even with the 1 barista working, I still had a good experience. Eye-contact, friendly, and wished me a good day!

I walked in and was immediately called three slurs, had a hot white mocha thrown onto my new Diesel jeans, and slipped on the wet floor (no wet floor sign was present). To say the least, I am flabbergasted and never coming back to this location. Caribou has always been superior.

Horrible, there was two employees who just kept having attitudes. And one of them even tried to argue with me about my order. Talking to me like I didn’t know what I had ordered and claimed that she confirmed with me with the drink I wanted. I waited way too long for it, and the other employee kept making other peoples drink orders incorrectly where she had to toss a couple to remake the drinks. Super disappointed with the experience I had here today.

Stopped here with a friend on the way out of the mall. My double espresso came right up. My friend’s cappuccino took forever though. I wouldn’t normally be upset about that, but instead of making my friend’s drink, they made a blended drink for another mall employee. Who ordered after us. And who chatted up the staff the whole time, slowing things down further.

There are a few nice people who work here, but mostly the employees are all rude and seem to HATE their job. The drinks are inconsistent too, and I don’t feel like I can approach them to ask for it to be fixed or remade because they are so unfriendly. I Just put $6.60 down the sink because it tasted awful and nothing like what I ordered and when I went up to ask them about it they basically said “I don’t know” and walked away to make more drinks. I’m done with this Starbucks!

The lady I ordered with was very nice. The lady who made my drink was horribly rude and made it wrong. After asking her a after double checking my order she refused to fix her mistake. By far the worst drink I’ve gotten from any Starbucks.

Wish I could give this starbucks no stars. There customer service is absolutely horrible, if you want your change to be handed to you very forcefully, way almost getting your penny’s and dimes thrown at you, this might be the place for you. Oh and almost forgot, it’s not just the change they hand back very forcefully it can be your cookie or your chocolate chunk brownie like if you were trash getting junk thrown at you . Basically wanting to tell you to get out. How nice huh? They also ask you very loudly and repetitively after your not done ordering, what’s your name like if your a dog or something or deaf. I’m just here for the coffee not for this negativity. Never in my life will I spend a penny here before they change up their employees. Literally such a horrible experience. Just thinking about it makes me want to vomit.
