My mom does not speak any english and she experienced an awful situation in this Starbucks. She tried to make the order in english but she does not know the name of some things on the menu in English, so she asked for help in Spanish which clearly the gentleman that takes the orders speaks (he looks latino). She asked him if he could help her in Spanish and he refused telling her that he didn’t speak Spanish. One of the ladies that was working with him was kind even tho she does not speak Spanish she tried to help her and also she apologized for the behavior of her coworker that indeed she confirmed that speaks Spanish then my mom saw him laughing. Really awful and traumatic experience for my mom that just wanted to enjoyed a drink that is not the first time that she attends this Starbucks.

The barista named Heidi at this location is a joy and a legend. Her warm energy is contagious and I always leave interactions with her feeling happy and positive. Today she made me the most delicious Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso i’ve ever had. I love this Target and this Starbucks already but Heidi is the GOAT and really makes the place special.

It’s Starbucks, experience seems to be very consistent. Drinks that always taste the same, generic service, and funny spelling of your name on your cup. Can’t be disappointed about anything, besides the high prices and the lingo for ordering (my wife is the culprit for these visits).

Usually very good experience however today the lady making the drinks was visible annoyed. She was throwing straws and lids around.. very grumpy to coworkers and to me…. Your in customer service industry so get it together. Do better with the attitude. Plus we spend a lot. It’s not cheap there
