I try to avoid this Starbucks as it’s always a long wait and short staffed. I decided to stop in this morning and it was busy per usual. Innocence was the cashier and while she was okay to me she was pretty short and rude to the lady in line ahead of me. It’s pretty evident she does not enjoy her job. I watched as I was waiting for my drink and her energy seemed to pretty much be the same to every customer- rude and short. She doesn’t greet you as you approach the register and I watched her ask someone “ do you want a drink”!

Awful customer service. Long wait. Out of stock. Claimed they could not scan rewards info from my phone since they are Target affiliated (the Starbucks customer service said that was a mistake). I returned a few days later, totally different crew, far better experience.

The girl working this Starbucks was super rude and unprofessional. She made my drink wrong twice and didn’t seem to even care it was due to her errors. I’m sorry if you hate your job, but that’s not my problem. Do not go here. Plus, they’re psychos about where you stand get over it.

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble with no whip and when I got it, it had whip on the very bottom and top I said there was not supposed to have whip and the girl just wiped it off and put a different lip on it and handed it back to me… this made me really sick knowing they could have made me a new one in seconds but they are lazy and just wiped s*** off…I will not be returning
