6-7 people on the clock, standing around, not greeting customers…just staring at the clouds while customers wait in line. And it wasn’t even me who was personally affected – my brain was still on fire due to the lack of urgency/care. (Not all employees pictured – feel free to check time stamp to verify). This place I had to stop going to. I have had enough of my drink being made wrong every time I have saved my $7.63 daily. The inside needs to be cleaned, the service sucks and the time you wait isn’t worth it. I just go to targets Starbucks across the street. They never have cake pops.

I went and bought a Cinnamon caramel cream nitro cold brew on ice. I ask for a venti and they said the system didn’t allow them to do it, when I been to Starbucks in two different cities and always ask for the same and they never said that. When they have me the drink it looks like it has water and it didn’t even look on how it looks at the picture.
