I ordered a drink I have ordered many times at many different locations. I was handed black coffee with the wrong cold foam and no topping. I told the barista what drink I ordered and she told me that was the drink. I asked why it looked the way it did and they told me the cold brew machine was broken. She was adamant that the drink she handed me was the one I ordered. When I asked for a refund she offered to put the topping on the drink for me. I said no I just wanted a refund. The cashier was very kind to me but I stood there for 10 minutes and didn’t get a refund. Didn’t offer to grab management or anything and instead offered me a merchandise card for $6. I left with no coffee or refund mainly because of how rude the barista was, I didn’t feel welcomed and even though I was being kind I was being glared at from behind the counter. I get Starbucks every day, I know how my order is made and what it looks like. very disappointed

Krystle was the only one facing customers while the rest of her team “took a break when they saw me and my wife” get in line. And what ever the young man’s issue was that made the most bitter strawberry frap I’ve ever had to just give back. He honestly made me feel like my business inconvenienced him.

We ordered 2 brûlée hot drinks, the girl did not make it good at all. I watched her pour so much almond milk into the coffee. That’s all we could taste. Wasted our money on these drinks. Will never order from this Starbucks again.

Great service as usual, Starbucks definitely knows what they’re doing and are great at providing consistent beverages across the country. This location gets extremely busy at times and I’ve had to drive past more than once because the line extended all the way into the street.

Its inside target so sometimes drinks are slightly different. Edited 5/26/19 Employees are so friendly and remember my name and drink. The drinks have been great. I prefer it to the new Starbucks on Anderson road.
