It’s in a Target, in a mall, so it’s always very busy. It took a good bit to go through the line and get my drink. That said, the staff were very friendly, fast given the customer load, and the drink (iced caramel macchiato) was good.

I asked for a straw for my ICED drinks that I paid money for and they gave me some BS lie about how corporate doesn’t allow them to give out straws for iced drinks, so I asked for a refund. She tried to tell me no, and I refused to leave. She then charged my card again and lied about it. Then she refunded me for all of the over charges. All of this happened because it was close to closing. I’m definitely calling and filing a complaint with the store manager and the district manager over this employee. Keep your hippie liberal views to yourself. You caused more waste and cost the company you work for more money by not giving me a straw with my drink.

Got a mocha cookie crumble, my usual go-to s’bucks drink. But the starbucks inside the target here is sleeping. It tasted like water. Barely any mocha or chocolate cookie flavor. I get mocha frappes all the time at various starbucks locations and they’re always sweet, creamy and delicious.

Honestly, the best Starbucks in St.Cloud by far. The baristas are nice and friendly, the drinks are made correctly, and the place is clean. 10/10 will drive past the other Starbucks to go to this one for sure.
