FYI – it’s in a Hy-Vee Supermarket. The service was Great! I just think they don’t know how to mix the drinks very well. Maybe I came on the wrong day or something idk – my drink tasted grossly burnt.

Always get coffee here, as it’s on my normal route, and unlike other stores, their machines always put out a better tasting product. Other stores in town, you can taste the burnt, old coffee taste.

I was left standing waiting while the Starbucks woman visited with a friend for ten minutes after she took my order and the cashier stood behind the cash register pretending to be busy. After15 minutes I left without anything. It was the worst service I have ever got anywhere. Don’t go there. A one star was too much for this place.

The 4 ladies behind the counter just didn’t seem to be working in sync. They got a partial order out to a family that was waiting way before me and got their final drink after me. I had to ask for my sandwich twice. They burned my first sandwich and had to make another one. So it all came down to really slow service
