Came 2 hours before close at 7pm 8/30/21, and the barrista said she can’t make any frappuccino’s because she already cleaned the machines they used to make them. I’d understand if it were close to closing time but 2 hours beforehand just because she didn’t want to clean them again or wait until a time closer to closing, is poor service.

They were super busy yet very quick. Staff was so friendly and considerate. Drinks were made accurately- and everything was in stock-which is rare nowadays!

We stopped in on 12/17/17 at 7:00 pm and sat at the counter for a good 5 mins before someone burst out the side door to help us. No apology for making us wait she continues to help us in the most short and rude way possible. She wast wearing a name tag or anything or i would give her name as well. Just the worst service from here we have ever gotten.

The baristas are friendly but the one who made my order and the order in front of me didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t know how to make the orders and just made it up instead of looking it up.
