Really disappointed with my experience. Coffee was watered down and they are a licensed store so do not accept the typical Starbucks coupons/deals. Also I noticed management was micromanaging employees. I hope it gets better with time.

Parking is a little thin but it’s expected next to college. Baristas were great, coffee was fast and wonderful. Even though it was hopping we still found a table.

There is no mobile ordering available at this location. The barista was friendly, but didn’t understand that I wanted Sweet’n Low added to my coffee. Service was very quick.

I always ask for no whip cream on my drinks (if it has any) and they ALWAYS put it in my drinks. I’m sorry, but do they not look? It’s really frustrating.
