They’re inside a Safeway, so the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Seriously understaffed, so the service is affected, obviously, although the staff they do have does a great job. Starbucks is Starbucks, so I can’t complain about the product.

People are friendly there but they are so very slow didn’t matter if I am the only one ordering or if there are 5 or more people in line. There are 2 people always behind the counter but only 1 takes and does your order and the other just stands there, it’s a little ridiculous.

I have been a long time customer of this Starbucks and have never had any issues with customer service until today (July 18 2020). Upon getting there this afternoon (around 6pm) and ordering 5 drinks for my family the barista was very rude to us and told us we had to call ahead of time when it was an “overwhelming” order. She then continued to turn away other customers by implying that she had a huge order in the most passive aggressive way basically shaming my sister and I in front of them… Hopefully she can learn to speak to customers more politely!
