Was charge for light an extra 1.10 and there no sign of this notice!! last week I was there and asked for light and was told that they were going to put less liquid? Trina the manger need to put a notice up for these changes. because all the other starbucks are not doing these changes Avoid this starbucks!! Plus the girls working there don’t know how to communicate and thier customers service sucks!

I just visited this Starbucks location, The girl working (Gianna) was extremely rude from the start. Then she was even worse after she messed up my drink. Just a dirty look a horrible attitude. Customer service isn’t the job for everyone obviously.

Horrible service purposely now avoid this place, so I don’t have to deal with it. I understand the location is understaffed; however no excuse to serve every customer that came behind me (all 6 plus the dive thru). Went to order two drinks and two sandwiches. The drinks came a few minutes after the orders in front of me were placed. However, my sandwiches took 30 minutes! I wouldn’t have been nearly as upset if they hadn’t filled all the orders who came in behind me all 6 of them. Will now avoid this location.

Always loved this Starbucks – great little outdoor patio area for the pleasant summer/spring days. I also liked the convenience of this one for their drive thru on my way to I-90 from Randall Road. If I had a flight from Ohare, I’d zip here at the Drive thru and usually don’t have to wait more than 5 mins even with cars in front of me. It does get busy in those morning – 6:30 AM to 9AM time slots. But they do their best to get cars through.

Very slow service. The lady working kept stocking supplies while helping customers. Then another lady comes in and starts stocking supplies, then she leaves without helping anyone. This stuff should be done before the shop opens. Help your customers.

This Store is Inside Target, friendly Staff just not a very Comfortable place to sit down for very long the baristas know how to make the drinks and I’ve never had bad service, if they’re busy they do get slow though because it’s usually only one girl working.
