Everyone here seems to be on robot mode. I get that it’s swamped and you are busy, but a quick second to look up and acknowledge a customer won’t kill you since they are the ones paying for you to be there. If you are an Uber/GrubHub or any other pick up person, letting you now, THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU! Even if you speak up and say I’m here for an order, you will either get ignored or possibly yelled at, YES, we witnessed a customer get yelled at because they were there to pick up an order. I’m in shock they haven’t shut down to be honest. I can get a snotty attitude anywhere without having to pay for overpriced coffee to boot. Do yourself a favor and check out Sweet n Brew on Lake for a cozier friendlier feel. There’s only one young man I’ve seen there with black hair usually in a ponytail that is nice(usually a.m), besides that not worth it .

This location NEVER has lemonade. Its so infuriating waiting in line for 20+ minutes only to be told that your drink isn’t available. This has happened at least 10 different times at this location, I hate it so much but its the only drive through location near me. Terrible service, how do you not have lemonade?! DO BETTER

Tipped $2 and waited 4 minutes for my drink to be wrong. Ordered a nitro cold brew and she rang me up a regular cold brew. And when I told the girl who made the drink that it was wrong, the girl just said “oh”. So I left. And everyone else was joking around and talking while I waited 4 minutes for the girl to notice the drink ticket.

So I came here for easy ice drink and got a full cup of ice with little drink. I talked to the lady and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Bad customer service and should cheat people on fluid oz. Other Starbucks always give little ice and actual drink. Will not come here. Nor do I recommend others, unless ur looking for ice.

Ordered a grande coffee with cream. It was filled to the very brim. I mean it was ridiculously overfilled. Nothing like burning your hand and coffee spilling everywhere in your car while trying to add Equal.If I could give this place a zero I would. Just paid $125 last week to get my interior detailed to boot. Never again will I spend a penny at any Starbucks locations. Train your employees correctly!! Shame on you Starbucks

It’s great to have a Starbucks inside Target, and because it’s the closest one to my house. Our Starbucks in my village had to shut down. So I really appreciate Target has Starbucks. We still can’t sit anywhere because of the state regulations. I hope this Starbucks can stay in business. So please everyone who’s in the Wood Dale, IL area grab yourself a Starbucks.

HORRIBLE physical location. The planners didn’t think this one through at all. The morning coffee rush is met with the inrush of the conjoined gas station and it’s just a nightmare to get through the parking lot.
