Just went to get a strawberry lemonade I asked for 4 scoops they put only 1 or 2 this ain’t the first time this happens at this point I rather try my luck at another Starbucks I could of turned into a Karen but I rather just not come here anymore. I don’t mind paying for the dried strawberry’s honestly but if you ask them to put it in a cup separately they act like it’s hard to do. Went today at 3pm

The staff here really do the best with what they’re given. Which at this specific location, seems to be the bare minimum. It’s easier to get to from my house but I find myself going to Eola all the time for a multitude of reason. Oswego is randomly closed some days, or online ordering isn’t available. Or the fact that they’ve been sold out of the new white chocolate macadamia drink for over a month. Seems like they’re the red headed step child store of our local Starbucks chains.

this is the second time i come to the starbucks here inside jewel osco on douglas. the service there is terrible. came in at 12:30pm am he said he is no longer taking anymore customers. was i. line waiting still check what time they close an is closed until 4 on this is not right i said that to him as well and he just ignored him. i won’t be coming back to this one again

My visit to Starbucks was okay haven’t back there in some years. Because I thought that the pricing on there product was to high for my taste. I usually don’t drink coffee I like tea but the caramel frappuccino was the bomb.
