The coffee always tastes burnt. Not really sure why it’s so popular. It’s expensive and McDonald’s has better coffee

I’ve decided I don’t really like Starbucks coffee. It always tastes burned to me. I think they roast it too dark for my taste. Some may like it robust but I don’t like it that dark. Just my personal opinion.

It’s about as Starbucks as a Starbucks can get worth a stop if you want coffee and some food.

Always greeted with the best in class greeting, you can cared for and the treats are fantastic. Oh and the drinks are delicious!

The line here is generally very long and slow. They no longer have their white tea and their other iced teas are usually extremely bitter (likely brewed too hot). Therefore their costs are not justified. They really don’t have much but coffee and ridiculously sweet sugar drinks. Their food menu consists of pre-made (or they taste that way) sandwiches and (again) super sweet pastries. It really isn’t worth the price or wait unless you can catch them with a shorter line.

Drinks were delicious, wait time was a bit excessive considering I ordered ahead on the app. Service was friendly. I understand it’s not necessarily the barista’s fault…

You guys need better team leaders, I used to work at Starbucks and understand the stress and pressure of being new and being ditched by your trainer. The girl didn’t care about what he needed help with and left him with a rush. I helped him with how to make coffee and I could tell he felt defeated. Get better trainers or teach yours how to be a team leader.

Whoever does the hiring and training for Starbucks in this area does a great job because I’ve never met an employee who wasn’t friendly and helpful.
