Dannnnng, you guys really need to evaluate the service here. Ethan is extremely rude to everyone in sight. Bet he loses you a lot of service. I’d fire him on the spot. Fighting your employees, fighting your customers, fighting with the employees at the target. He probably fights with your machines and food, too. He couldn’t even get a basic order made correctly. Instead of fixing it, he wanted to yell about it and argue about it. He’s the one wearing the wrong shade of lipstick.

I came to starbucks to get a coffee and had the best encounter with a nice lady named grace. she was super helpful in helping me pick my drink and answering all of my questions. by far the best caramel ribbon crunch i’ve ever had! she was mentoring fellow coworkers and just overall brought a positive vibe to the environment! give that girl a raise! she deserves it!!

Good service and coffee but horrible experience being here bc before I ordered I asked my mom what the large size was and so I ordered “Two Grande Mocha Frappes ” and then I saw the lady write my name on the little cup and I was so humiliated when I had to say I meant Large T_T

I usually go through a drive-thru Starbucks but this location in Target have a couple employees that I always see that are fabulous. This young man is always thoughtful, educated on the coffee. If you have a question he gives great feedback. Also, a young lady who goes out of her way to make your drink delicious. Sometimes, I don’t need to go to Target but will go inside to get my coffee and somehow end up walking through Target..If I am going to spend that kind of money on a cup of coffee it is so great to have them making it for me.

Staff at the cashier didn’t know how to redeem my gift card. Was unpleasant and dismissive. She didn’t even try to ask for help. Kept telling me my gift card didn’t work no funds on it. Went to another Starbucks shortly after used my gift card no problem.

I think that Starbucks really great. Great service and a clean environment. What made me most happy though is that I walked into target to get some shopping done with my friend but we also wanted to get some iced refreshers. I ordered my drink and then my friend. My friend suffers from Autism so it is hard for her to talk. The employees were very considerate and waited for her to finish ordering her drink so I gave this Starbucks 5stars.

This Starbucks is close to my home or I would go to a different store. I would prefer a drive thru and this one is in Target, eg. Park the car, walk in, wait in line. There is often only one employee, and other times 3?, and a long line. The employees are a mixed bag, some very pleasant, others just rude and unfriendly. I was charged for a shot of decaf espresso, and when I complained/explained that I had NEVER, at ANY Starbucks, been charged for this before, was told I should have been. Much more was said but that’s the jest of it. I paid the price but went back after shopping to find the employee was the manager. She refunded the $1.25 and said she would check into this pricing and call me. No amount listed on price board for shots of espresso! I must say the fraps are great but these stores/employees need to be consistent on how the fraps are made, and how much they charge!

When we first came by there was a problem with the registers so we were kindly asked to come back in 10-15 minutes. When we came back everything was in working order and the barista got right to work with our order. The line quickly got longer after we arrived but the barista stayed calm and super friendly throughout the entire process. She also made us super yummy drinks!
