Pretty much what you expect from a Starbucks, but in need of more counter help. We waited an outrageous amount of time for 2 beverages and 2 pastries. FYI, this store has a drive-thru where the line seemed to move at a steady pace.

I avidly love Starbucks. I don’t even mind spending too much on overpriced coffee. I waited in line about 10- 15 minutes. No issues there, the poor girl was by herself. I totally understand. The issue was when I got up there to order my drink, which is usually a pink drink, light ice. They told me they couldn’t do any drinks with light ice because it uses too much product. I’m already spending 6 or 7$ on a drink. I decided not to get it and drove to the actual Starbucks across the street and they made me it. Probably will never get it there again

Great coffee and the staff is friendly but VERY unorganized. Waiting 30 minutes for two drinks and being asked every five minutes what I’m waiting for is ridiculous. Especially when 9 people are working..yes I counted. It’s like this every time I go to this location. They need better management to develop a system. For what people pay they don’t want one drink fresh and the other sitting for 30 minutes.
