I was expecting Starbucks to have like the best coffee ever but honestly it was pretty underwhelming, the staff was quiet, took a minute to make our order which was a mocha frappe light ice large, and the chocolate cream cold brew small, the batista didn’t seem to know really what she was doing had to ask the cashier a couple times and the coffee was pretty average.

If you’re in a rush, go in person to order. Much like the comments say, I had to wait 75 minutes for my mobile order. I ordered a coffee and sandwich, which was premade and simply popped into a toasted and heated up.

The worst. Line was going out the door, and the workers ignored everyone standing there. Didn’t even wanna make eye contact. Moved really slow. One worker got on the phone and started playing with her nails while she had customers to the door. The ones she was ignoring.

This place is excellent. Kita the manager has great personality and welcomes each customer. Drinks are always superb. Only problem is trying to reach them by phone..thru the hotel they are located in..they don’t have the phone listed…overall this is my favorite location.
