Went through the drive through this morning with my Fiancé, as it is her birthday and we wanted to use her birthday coupon. Unfortunately, the coupon never pulled up on her app, but the staff was willing to still give her the free drink and it was a very wholesome start to the morning. The staff at this location have always been super kind, and it is super appreciated!!

i love starbucks but this location is awful! i can never count on this location to be consistent. my drinks always taste different. i have mobile ordered here several times and have always waited 15-20 minutes for them to even make my drink. they only care about the drive thru customers. the last time i was there the store was packed with customers inside all waiting for their drinks while the workers continue to only make drinks for drive thru customers. i avoid this location at all costs which sucks because it’s the closest location to my house! id recommend the town & country location!

Actual staff is great, there is a certain manager she’s a short woman with dark hair and an accent she always has an attitude if you order something she thinks is complicated. One time she wanted me to like throw employees under the bus because they gave me something I asked for and she didn’t want to do it for me. and whoever does the ordering really misses the mark. This Starbucks is literally always out of something. And I don’t want to hear blaming of covid when the Starbucks down manchester never has the same problem.

I come to this location all the time because it’s right by my house and there’s normally pretty good service but this was not the case tonight. My drink was given to me wrong three times at the drive thru window. First, they gave me a grande cup which also had no sweet cream cold foam on top so i told them i ordered a venti and it needed the cold foam. they set it on the counter and started making me a venti then handed it to me without the caramel drizzle. they took it back in the store and yelled to someone that it needed the caramel drizzle and then gave me back the cup for the third time with barely any on top at all. I have ordered this same drink several times at multiple different locations and have had zero problem. the girls in the store were also yelling things like they were “on the struggle bus today” and groaning as they were trying to make the drink and put the lids on. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and it did not feel very welcoming. I attached pictures of what i ordered and what I received below for reference.

Don’t use the drive thru unless you are prepared for a long wait. Last time I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order, I hadn’t got stuck in the drive thru lane yet, so I was able to leave. Today I had entered the drive thru so there was no backing out. I was stuck for 37 minutes before I got my mobile order. I wish this drive thru had an extra lane to exit because my 1 year old was having a melt down and I could not leave.
