I gave a 2 star because the associate at the drive thru was very friendly and courteous but the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Im used to getting wasn’t it…whomever made it did a terrible job

I Had came here with my fiancé ans normally I don’t go to this locations its very rare. But I needed a good wake me up when I got off of my shift. From a job. I order a venti Vallnlia bean frap with a shot of expresso. It was a little watery taste. And when I was looking at my cup. I thought there was a black pieace of hair. On the outside eof my cup. I tired to take it off…. nope. It was INSIDE my CUP I thought it wasn’t that long but BOY was I WRONG! I moved thr Frappuccino around more it had to be like 4 inches of black hair. Did I find one nope but two peiace is BLACK hair in my drink. I was grossed out. But I came back explained to them what was wrong. That I qas gone like 2 mintues. Ago and they made a nasty look like yeah this your fault. This is nasty. One guy said ” oh I guess I should go fix my hair”. Like I work on fast food too and mt hair is put up off my shoulders. Always. Not in a low pony tail. But they gave me my money back ans remade my drink. Didn’t expected it at all. But I think I will stick to my original starbucks closer to home. ( I hope you can see it)

I first met at another location down the road and just on our second walk in she knew me by name and my exact order.

The staff here were as nice, helpful, and cheerful as could be. But there were no signs near the sandwiches saying what they were, nor was there a menu. So I had to hold up a line of people while the helpful staff person pulled out one sandwich after another to explain to me what they were. I ended up getting a mozzarella, pesto, red pepper and maybe spinach sandwich that was pretty good. But it sure would save a lot of time and confusion if the store would simply post a menu

I had a wonderful time during a stressful moment for the staff. The person in front of us yelled through the drive through then drove away without paying. When I pulled up to the window they seemed put together and maintained an air of professionalism. While I was waiting I sparked up a conversation and learned the names of the baristas at the time were Phrakeuta, Eryonne, and CC and heard they had a hell of a day. I told them they had done a fantastic job staying positive and I really appreciated the level of customer service them maintained regress. Happy to have a Starbucks in the area:).

Staff is nice. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Most coffees I get are good. Their cold brew is not on par with other Starbucks locations it tastes like the iced coffee, not strong like a cold brew, except cold brew costs way more.

My drink was good but the barista that took my order was extremely rude for no reason. I asked for extra whip cream and she rolled her eyes and questioned me and asked why I would want that. When I walked to the end of the counter I heard her say nasty things about me to the next people in line.

This location is on my way to work and I was so excited when it opened… I understand these employees are new and still learning.. (I am in customer service myself and work at a very fast paced restaurant ) but I have been late to work several times now because I am waiting in the drive thru so long. They are friendly and usually ask about my day so far but honestly I just need my coffee so I can get to work…. 9 times out of ten I just woke up 20 minutes ago people so my day hasn’t even begun.. So in my opinion or observation is to say good morning & pick up the pace a little please.. A little more hustle will be noticed. Most people just want their coffee so they can get to work. I usually frequent the Creve Coeur location but I don’t like that there is no drive thru but maybe having to go in will be better then sitting in the drive thru.. Sorry after the 10th time had to say something

I stop by here probably a couple times a week before work. Never been my favorite but its close. But after today, I’ll probably start going to one closer to home.. I didn’t even take a sip before I noticed it was 1/4 gone… when you pay $8 for a coffee, not cool… bummer to the start of my morning.
