This location would be 5/5 if it was able to keep up with the demand. Unfortunately the drive through is never an option because it is always wrapped around and half out in the main road. This causes a lot of traffic in the actual store so there is always a longer than usual wait. Other than that, this location is amazing and one of my favorites!

First time stopping by because I noticed there wasn’t a line. Got greeted by the sweetest young lady standing outside. So I informed her that it was my first time been able to order and wasn’t quite sure what to order, I told her to surprise me and that she did, my latte was delicious, Service was prompt…Thank you for a Great Experience! The drive-through was wrapped around the back of the building. (4 people working inside) so I thought I would come in and that didn’t help me at all. They literally helped every car in the drive-through before making my order. When I walked in the door I was ignored for the 1st few minutes but then after they took my order. It was between 15 & 20 minutes before I got my “single” grande, caramel latte.

This Starbucks always seems to be busy, and while not the fastest, they are always willing to make something right when I’ve been there. I just saw two new reviews, which claimed the store manager Jared was racist and I had to comment on that. The last time I was there, there was a homeless African American man sitting outside and came in to use the restroom. That manager kindly let him use the restroom which they can refuse and also gifted the man a coffee and talked with him to ask if needed anything else to which the man said he needed money for bus fare, and the manager GAVE him some money for the bus. The homeless man said he was a veteran and that manager replied with so is he and thanked him for his service. I personally witnessed this. So, I’m thinking NOT racist.

The manager Jared here is incredibly racist and not fit to run a Starbucks location. Corporate is moving to remove him since he is such a toxic entity to the community. Hate this location and wish they actually took time to hire quality managers. No wonder they have a 1 star rating on yelp!

Today’s experience was not good, we placed our order repeated it twice. When we got to the window she says you wanted white mocha but we made mocha. They did fix that but one had stevia and the cups had no labels. My husband ask which was which the reply was taste them. He asked about the labels and she said the girl making them was throwing the labels away. You deserve better employees who care about customer service.

Listen, I get up early. I placed my order at 5:04am via the app. I drove through the drive thru, I walked up to the door. They opened at 5am. I had to call the store while I watched the girl answer the phone in hesitation. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:10am, its 5:25. She told me they were short staffed and would open in a couple minutes. It was 15 minutes later. So change the open time. This is not good, it’s cold and now I can’t cancel my order. I want my money back. I don’t recommend this location.
