My friend and I come here religiously and we love the staff! They are always so friendly! We especially love Rachel (even though sadly, she moved to a different starbucks), Colin, and Jessica. The service was a bit slow due to the staff member trying to clean and fulfill orders at the same time. She left bread in microwave and continued to sweep the floor. Maybe the manager on duty needs to figure out one duty for the workers- fixing orders or cleaning or cashier. This happens every time I go. I have to wait because the person gets stuck at register taking orders or is cleaning and not fulfilling orders. Just a suggestion.

When you order a coffee drink, you expect it to be mostly coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato and got a cup of 80% cream, sugar and caramel and a tiny brown splash of coffee on top. I could not bring myself to take one sip of this diabetes in a cup. What is wrong with people?

Had the WORST experience here today! My money is well wasted today. Should’ve just threw it away. I ordered 3 dairy free frappuccinos today which required no caramel sauce or whupped cream and coconut milk… well the lady making the drinks put caramel sauce all over the top. After telling her I ordered with no caramel she got rude and tried to scoop it off the top and give the drinks back. I told her we can’t have the caramel and you can see it all in the inside of the cup. Well she got an attitude and “remade” our drinks. I get into driving home and these drinks arent even edible, I have no idea what she put in them. I’m never going back here.
