This location definitely has the most creative way to make a Carmel frappuccino out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to. Whatever they did differently it was very hard to taste any Carmel flavor whatsoever and made the frappuccino less than good (though not undrinkable). If you’re looking for something outside of the typical Starbucks experience would recommend otherwise might be worth skipping and going downtown where they make the drinks more towards what you’d expect.

We went at 8:30 in the morning and there were two employees and one guest ahead of us. One employee was making the guests drinks while the other employee sat there scrubbing the feet of one of their shelving units instead of helping the other employee by either making drinks or taking our order. So after a short wait we had our order taken. A venti caramel machiato hot and a Java chip frap with 4 shots of espresso. Only the employee forgot to add the shots of espresso to the bill at first and had to be reminded. I work in the service industry so I usually tip 30% at the lowest for anything I get anywhere but I had already felt ignored and brushed off so I wasn’t inclined to tip. Which is VERY rare for me. But then when I was handed my drink I asked to make sure, “I’m not second guessing you, I just didn’t notice you put the espresso shots in, are they in here?” To which he claimed they were but my drink was much lighter than I’m used to. I walked away not wanting to be difficult and tasted the drink to find that there was no taste of espresso whatsoever. And with four shots added I can always taste it as the strongest flavour. If this had been my first visit to Starbucks, I would not return.

Only had one person working. This should never be any Starbucks any place. Young man working did a fabulous job at making each individual customer feel special. Ensuring they had what they wanted. He never rushed anyone. Order was done correctly and quality high

Long wait…all the way out the door. Went somewhere else . Where we went was not as good but didn’t have to ime to wait with long line and drive thru very busy too and no parking open either…very small parking lot.
