Exceptional!! The young woman working behind the counter couldn’t provide my son with the drink he wanted(which he was the only reason we went lol) but suggested another and he was willing to take that. She then provided him with a suggestion if he goes to another Starbucks, to put this in his drink instead of this, cause she figured he would like it sweeter…boy did he!! Thank you for your fast thinking and outstanding customer service!!

The experience there is genuine and inviting. The employees are so caring and attentive that they know their regulars orders by heart. They not only know their orders but they know their names and stories. Every employee there has a great sense of kindness and humanity that I wish I could see at every location. Every time I come in and see Landon it changes the current of my whole day. Also CeCe Hands-down makes the best upside down caramel macchiato of the ages.

The woman that was the cashier was terrible, she even rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t know the name of the drink. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the lady who prepared my drink was okay and the drink was great. Starbucks should get better employees.

I never complain ever but my cold brew was disgusting, tasted like it was very old and dirty. When I asked for them to possibly remake it, I was looked at crazy and told “we’re out of cold brew.” So I’m not sure what was even served to me, but it was truly gross and Im hoping it doesn’t make me sick. Also upset that I wasn’t offered a better drink, especially since it’s so expensive. I didn’t argue though because I understand they’re busy, but because of the drink and the way I was treated I wont be having Starbucks for a while.
