Starbucks inside Dillons does a great job even with the tough holiday crowd. Online order filled perfectly several times throughout the week. Some specialty orders were completely right which doesn’t always happen at other places.

I was quite impressed with the coffee shop. They didn’t have a drive-through window, but the service was quick and the parking was very close to the door. The workers were prompt in getting me my drinks. I had to take an emergency phone call while ordering. I quickly made my order and I asked the worker if it was OK if I took the call. She agreed that it was OK. It was very thoughtful of her to allow me to do that. I really appreciated the tacked on the kindness of those who worked at this Starbucks. My drinks were great.

The female employee that is working almost every day, always has an attitude. Barely speaks to any of her customers. She was giving a new employee an attitude for making a mistake.. in front of me. And she never makes the drinks properly. Not the proper amount of mocha pumps, too much milk and hardly any ice. For as much as I would love to drink watered down chocolate milk, I will not be going back to the Starbucks on 10th and Gage. After 3 times and after 3 mistakes.

The staff was extremely rude! I work third shift and I arrived 29 minutes before scheduled closing time. They told me they just finished cleaning the machines so nothing was available to drink….hate to break it to you guys but you are not known for your food so schedule earlier closing times if you won’t have coffee available!
