Worst Starbucks’ manager I have met in Nebraska . I have been coming to this location for more than one year on a weekly basis and I just dread the idea of having to talk to their manager. Rude, dismissive, and extremely stingy. Prices seem to always be more expensive but their quality is worse than other locations. I was relieved to see more complaints about her because it is really an outstanding issue with that location.

The manager took my order and was kind of rude. Got charged $7.50 for a refresher with extra base??? Normally I pay 6.45 so I’m not sure what that was about but I was just stopping in before work so didn’t have time to talk about it. Drink was disappointing. Didn’t have extra base in it. $7.50 for a watered down drink.

Today Kiley and Jill (a Manager from HyVee) went out of their way to make my drink correct this morning. They were quite busy and both worked very hard to take care of each customer. Jill was so courteous and Kiley was so polite. They made sure they understood which drink I was trying to order. Kiley went out of her way to make sure that she got the drink correct even though another rush of customers had come in. She is so wonderful ❤️

Last time I ordered from here the manager Anna took my order and She has the worst public service skills. She made my frappuccino and just decided to put almond milk in without my request and when I asked her about it she made me feel like I was in the wrong. I’ve been ordering from starbucks for years and I know how my drink is made. I won’t come back to this starbucks until Anna is long gone.

I go here when I am workin in Omaha, although it is inside Hy-vee it is a cozy corner with nice and friendly people. Just yesterday the first time I was served by Anna who was quite rude: I asked for replacing some ingredients I cannot drink for something else I can. Wow a penny? So I came in got coffee and I was 1 penny short out of a 20 for exact change on a 15 dollar order.,and the chick working gave me back exact change..I will never get coffee here again ..they lost it over a a penny…when she had like 20 in change sitting on the counter…hope that penny made your rent ..

Every time we go here the drinks are horrible. Idk if they just don’t know how to make them? I asked them to remake them this last time and they were no better but we didn’t want to cause any issues or make the other customers wait, so we left with the drinks we couldn’t drink. We wont go to this location again. We’ve never had an issue at the other locations.
