Not sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn’t have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It’s the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It’s clean and baristas have great attitudes. Even tried the free plain coffee or tea refill with account for the 1st time. Fresh cup, free drink, no attitude, just as helpful and friendly. Amazing!

The workers were really mean and racist. I stood there for a whole ten mins and the worker was just looking at me and wouldn’t take my order. They didn’t take the right order. When the lady was giving my cups she threw it really hard it almost fell. Just saying this place is racist.

This is the closest Starbucks to me, but now I remember why I drive out of my way to another location. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, which made me late for work. When I finally got to the window the guy had no apology just an excuse. This is not the first, second or even third bad experience with this location. Drinks always taste different and not the best consumer service besides a few employees. I’ll never be back.

The venti latte I ordered was very very poorly executed. The total amount of liquid present in the drink was closer to 16 ounces (grande) and the foam, if you can even call it that, was indicative of someone who greatly over aerated the milk during the steaming process. For the largest coffee chain in the world one would at least expect drinks to be made to specification and uniform across locations. Having worked at a Starbucks in the past I know first hand this isn’t a difficult ask.
