The math ain’t mathin’ right. I only go here when Dunkin is closed and the difference is kinda funny but frustrating. On a slow Sunday they have 6 people working, there is no line and barely anyone in the union. And yet it took these 6 people 20 minutes to make a latte. Plus they gave me matcha instead of a pistachio latte, how do you mess up that badly? At Dunkin, there is only one person working, maybe two on a busy day, and I’ve never waited for a drink for more than 5-10 minutes. Make it make sense

Their drinks are good but 4/5 times they get my order wrong and I have to ask them to remake it. And sometimes the mess ups are crazy. I’ve received a pink drink instead of a cold brew and a hot chocolate instead of a chai. I’m a barista myself and I’m disappointed at how often they get things wildly wrong.

I tried ordering a small pumpkin spice but they were out of small cups, and the cashier could have easily said that but he had to make a big deal asking everyone, Right we are out of the small, and then once i got the order, it had no sugar and when i asked for extra whip cream, they gave me a little drop off it, like dude im paying for extra whip? And to top it all off once i added the sugar, the drink tasted like hot water, maybe they didn’t know how to make it, but this has been the worse experience ever.

Most of the employees are rude. Also the always claim they cannot fulfill my order because it’s against the rules of their establishment. As someone who works for starbucks, and has been drinking it for years, I feel ashamed that they are under the brand. If I did what they do at my store, I would be fired in an instant. You should never say to a customer that they aren’t allowed to get something, when every other starbucks will do it happily. I rather walk downtown than go there again.

Constantly mess up my order after taking forever to make it and asking for no help from the manager. Then, after I kindly tell them it is not what I ordered, they give me attitude and look at me like I am wrong. They then will finally ask for help from a manager and throw my order back on the counter after completing it without saying my name or even announcing the order. This has happened many times.

After getting my drink, I proceeded to immediately drop it all over the floor. A full drink. The employees helped me clean up the mess and the manager (?) replaced the drink for me, even though dropping it was my mistake, not theirs. It made my day!
