Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The two ladies working on June 18 around 1pm need more training. I tried to be patient while talking her through how to make my drink but it was made incorrectly so I decided to get a refund. When asking for the refund I was met with attitude even though I was calm the entire time because trust me I know how dealing with customers all day can get. If y’all want Starbucks try next door at B&N. It’s more expensive but they make it right.

I just paid $12 for 2 coffees aka sugar water that I just had dump down the drain. Had absolutely no coffee flavor. I could have just thrown my money down a garbage disposal and been more satisfied.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I have never had a Starbucks get an order this wrong. I ordered a violet drink and a berry hibiscus lemonade via Uber Eats. I received plain coconut milk and plain lemonade instead. My order was as is, so I don’t understand how such a big mistake could be made. Very disappointed.

RHINO COFFEE IS WAY BETTER. This starbucks location seriously has the slowest service ever. They could at least step their game up and actually go outside and take orders so people arent waiting in line forever. How long does it take to make coffee?! You would think they’d show more appreciation for their customers, esepcially since they are one of the few businesses thriving in this city. Rhino has better coffee. Better service and way better prices!! Plus an awesomely authentic coffee house atmosphere that feels cozy. Both locations!! Not like this cold, commercialized chain of stores that doesnt truly care about their patrons experience. Especially here at the one on Youree. AWFUL.

Just left this location. Upon walking to the counter to place my order, my fiance and I noticed the now hiring signs posted on the register amongst other spots. It quickly became obvious for this. I watched for several minutes as the two women working there stumbled over themselves and one another attempting to figure out what coffee is… I wish I was kidding. Neither had a clue how to ring things up correctly, what the names of their own menu items were, etc.

The muffin was good and the person at the counter was very nice, but this vanilla sweet cream cold brew was all cold brew, no sweet cream. It was like a sweet foam on the top that never mixed in and it was super gross.
