Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Employees are consistently rude. Today, the sole employee was on a “break”. How did I know? He walked in front of me to ring up his purchase & then grumbled about not being able to take a break. I left. I guess he did have “on break” sign on the credit card machine. Not the first time though that we’ve had rude customer service here. I’ll drive to Bert Kouns or Youree.

I am a gold card member. The employees at Kroger Starbucks are very rude. They all seem to lack customer service and the knowledge that gold card customers get a free refill. The attitude that they have needs to be corrected and they need more knowledge on what a gold card customer is suppose to get.

I don’t presume to know seafood or Jambalaya, because I’m from the Midwest! With that being said, for $50 I feel like it could have been a lot better. My jambalaya was lukewarm, and it was evident it had been sitting awhile. Had the jambalaya been hot, I think it would have been awesome, because the flavor was great! The shrimp was nothing to write home about, but it was good. I didn’t care for the tarter sauce, but I don’t like tartar sauce with my shrimp. My husband’s grouper wasn’t bad. He said it was really good. Our server, I think Ashley, was ok. When we sat down there were only 2 other tables, but she just didn’t seem like she was excited to be there. Will we be back? It’s possible, but I just wish I had felt wowed to want to say definitely.

The drinks are ok compared to other locations. Some seem a bit over done while others are underdone. It’ll still do for a Starbucks cup of coffee. The baristas are always cheerful which can always make up for the sometimes lackluster coffee!
