This Starbucks inside Target is newly remodeled, and quite busy on the weekends. I still don’t understand why there isn’t a standalone in Alexandria, but this larger and seemingly better staffed than the one in Kroger.

I shop at Target on my lunch everyday and have been trying to get my drink with the heavy cream on top but for some reason the incompetent people working there hasn’t had any in two weeks or either they are just to Lazy to make it .Target has heavy whipping on the shelf but I believe they like to play to much and are just warm bodies instead of caring about their job and the customer in front of them paying their wages.please take care of this.

Starbucks was great. I ordered the eggwhite and spinach wrap with a drink and a strawberry drink for my daughter. The drink i ordered was advertised cold but the server made it warm for me. Oh and a piece of lemon pound cake that was also warm and delicious. Friendly and very fast server. Ist time at Starbucks. Going to probably be a regular now.

Coffee is great, but they cannot scan your QR code in the app. When they tell you to take a picture and text it to the rewards number, Starbucks does not give you any points. It just says does not show qualifying purchase.

I used to enjoy going to this Starbucks, they had a good amount of tables to sit at plus soft chairs in the back, good people watching with the Target crowd But then fall ’21 it was closed for a few months during remodel- and to reveal: only 1 table right in the middle of where people stand! So now there’s basically nowhere to sit- which is par for the course lately for the whole company- they’re making their stores less and less comfortable to spend time in, with smaller stores, “kindergarten desk” uncomfortable wooden chairs. Sadly I won’t be going to this Starbucks anymore- no reason to! The stand alone on Elliot St is the only place you can sit and enjoy yourself- when their lobby is open that is- often closed due to staff shortages. ‘Bucks in Alex is a struggle ….

I cant use my rewards at the Starbucks closest to me so I usually use them here. I literally had no idea that you could get a 30 oz. until they told me so kudos to them. On the even brighter side, this one is in Target so win, win. I can get my coffee and shop for the house at the same time. Whaaaaat!

The Starbucks at Target does not honor all the promotions like Kroger does. Went in for my “free” Red holiday cup and was informed they only did the first 25. There was nothing posted about it. We really need a stand alone store in Alexandria. Also the prices are higher.
