As we visited this Starbucks on Saturday, we were shocked by the amount of flys inside the food display cart. Multiple flys were inside and still alive roaming from one food to another. As we immediately notified the associates there, indeed they cared less about it and continued checking out customers.

I go to this Starbucks often, and I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. They’re in a mall, they’re store is small and usually don’t have more than 4 or 5 workers up front. Which is totally understandable and doesn’t upset me. What does is the attitude from some of the workers. There is one specifically that I know has worked there for a while, they usually have a shaved head or are wearing a bandana. I’ve had days they’re beyond nice and I’ve had days they are beyond rude. Today I tried to buy a drink using the app in store to pay. All they said to me was “that won’t work”. I was confused why. Didn’t ask because I was waiting for an explanation. There was none. So I just reiterated “so this won’t work to pay?” They said “nope”. That was it. No sorry or anything, no explanation. So I basically waited in line to not get anything. Would appreciate maybe some type of sign, AT LEAST at the front counter for that.

The waiter are terrible. It’s worth Starbucks I have ever encountered. I am sure they didn’t had been trained enough time.not professional at all . They didn’t scan my Starbucks membership successfully which I don’t bother. They gave a worry beverage. They don’t feel sorry at all!

I go to Starbucks all over Oklahoma, Texas and Washington; this location by far is the worst one. In fact, it is the worst coffee shop throughout all the chains I have tried. The workers are unfriendly and slow. But the kicker is that they did something to the coffee. Since it’s black, it’s plain as day if anything is added. I had to drive back to the location to talk to the manager because they don’t answer their phone. They fumbled excuses that didn’t make sense and I became suspicious when they made a point to avoid eye contact. No apologies either, they just shrugged their shoulders. I can’t pinpoint what they put in my drinks but I would avoid this place!

Sloooooowest Starbucks and they don’t prepare drinks in order – we waited over half an hour for the rest of our drinks. We watched the guy preparing our drinks move so slow. It was unreal.

So this place was a madhouse. Not to say the staff wasn’t doing a spectacular job but it’s not a one person job to make drinks for hundreds of people. There was only one cashier and one barista working and maybe 100 orders being active at any given time. Took me 45 min to order and get a drink.

There is a Scooters across the street… go there instead. Yesterday my wife walked away from this Starbucks due to the poor customer service provided by the toothless hillbilly they had taking orders. The lady behind the counter had 0 personality, etiquette, nor desire to be there. If you don’t like your job, quit. Find something you love. Starbucks, you’re doing this person no justice by keeping them employed there… Fire them and hire someone that is willing to provide your patrons the customer service and consistency we’re used to over paying for… We went to Scooters across the street and had a FANTASTIC experience and will be making this the coffee stop before we hit the mall every time going forward.

This is the only Starbucks I have issues with. The app continues to say they have items they don’t. They offer to make me something else, so I ask for a different drink the app says is available only to be told no again. This is a consistent problem I’ve had here, I’ve shared that it’s an issue, and it continues. I work in the mall, so I mobile order often, and the problem persists.
