I shop at this location often, every time i come I get Starbucks, its a habit 🙂 In the mornings, DeJuan is so incredibly nice and so efficient, he is very polite!! In the Afternoons, Staci and Karol are Amazing!! They are so quick and make my drinks to perfection! They are both so friendly and truly do make sure that your experience is one for the books! They make me want to come inside instead of go to a drive through location! Very personable and 10/10 i recommend !!!!

From the two times I have came here in the morning a lady with gray locs that works the shift always seems to have an attitude for no reason. Both times when I asked for my receipt she would act like she was already doing so or would catch an attitude when I asked for it. Any other employee has had decent service besides her.

Because I am a coffee junkie I always try and make a purchase when I’m out and about. The Starbucks I visited was very busy when I arrived (which is not their fault) however I did make a mobile purchase and waited 5 minutes after the ready time. The baristas were pleasant and apologized for the delay which goes a long way for me.

Little Ms Destiny was wonderful. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I was not sure how to order what I needed and she was so patient with me. She assured me we will get my coffee right. I’m getting older so too sweet and milk is no longer a desired taste. Her skills on providing exceptional customer service should be a training video. She had great energy. Great smile. Kind words. I did not feel rushed or extra. I’d definitely recommend and will return to this location. It was a joy to see a young person with so much positivity. I am proud of you.

I’ve been coming here for a good while now. I have to say that the service here is much better than other locations I’ve been to. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Especially this one girl I think her name is Alex she’s usually pretty happy there and is always willing to help. She helped me figure out my favorite drink the carmal crunch Frappuccino and it tasted amazing!!!!!! I’m definitely doing the online survey after this.
