Mayra Guzman do you not realize you could get jailed time for falsely accusing someone who no longer works at Starbucks , keep your personal beef to yourself. If anything this location needs her back. She hardly worked . But when she did and I became a regular customer to her , she always busted her a** , was always on the go!!!! Even when busy!!!! Do better people!

I went for a particular frappuccino drink and it was a weight because of course it was only staffed by one person and they had to go get supplies but that was not even an issue. The issue was when the lady came out and her attitude was all in her facial expression and that alone was a turn off but I did still ask for the drink and she said they did not have the supplies so I thanked her and gladly left!

need to have employees that know what they are doing not have them training when it’s only 2 employees there. went in this morning could not wait in line since the girl making the drinks was also assisting the girl taking the orders due to she did not know exactly how to take the orders. also make the order-ahead available

I patronize Starbucks quite frequently because I love their coffee. However, I am very disappointed in this location. The Starbucks space is always dirty even when they don’t have customers! I added photos below. The napkin station is never stocked and even if it’s not being stocked because of COVID-19, the area should be cleaned and wiped down. Just disgusting. Customer service is hit or miss. There is no sense of urgency and care from the baristas. There are some baristas who really take pride in working there but others are either on their cell phones, having side conversations, or just standing around. I get a sense that morale is down at this location. I’m not sure who manages, but they are doing a lousy job. This location needs a visit from corporate office. Just sayin’. It’s a shame that this location is going downhill especially since it was remodeled not too long ago.

ATTENTION TAKES TOO LONG!!!! This rate is not a reflection on the workers or the drinks. I just think its kind of rediculious there aren’t more starbucks shops in this area. The line is just too long for how small this shop is and they are way under staffed. The workers that work here deserve raises for how fast they have to work. I could complain about how orders after mine were served first but I understood they were getting the faster drinks done first and out of the way. The shop here either needs to expand or have another starbucks somewhere else in the area because this is everyday. They also ran out of inventory and I kinda feel cheated to have to pay for a larger size since there weren’t smaller cups. The drinks however it took a while to get were still amazing even with all the pressure from customers.

Went there a bit after 9pm, a young girl was working alone and had a pretty long line. She was very nice, apologized for the wait and worked as fast she could. The drinks were delicious and her customer service was great. They definitely need more staff, or a raise for how hard they work!
