Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely “out of stock” and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, others it’s an entire drink remake.

not sure who it was but his name started with a c and he had glasses and was working july 13th at around 3:45. his service was disrespectful. got our drinks wrong, didn’t speak at all to other customers such as me, and made hand movements like he was frustrated and sighed multiple times while he was taking my order. didn’t say a word when he set my drink down when he was finished.

Idk who the guy was in there, but he was incredibly rude. His name started with a C I believe. He acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. He also missed some items in our order. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk but we just wanted some coffee to start our day off good and we ended up getting bad service. We were still pretty nice.

Haley was fantastic! Probably one of the most consistent Starbucks we have had the privilege of going to through the years. And it is inside a Kroger grocery store, who would have thunk it? The drinks are always creamy and rich. Staff really knows their menu/selection(s).

This Starbucks is inside a local Target and I was very pleased to find it and be able to replace at least one of our souvenirs that was stolen along with our truck some years ago. I am still trying to find the exact coffee cup Victor chose for a Christmas present and had been broken.

The barista literally let us sit for 15+ minutes in line, turns around and says “we’re closed.” It’s 7:45 and they close at 9!!!! This girl really needs to lose her attitude!

Bitter. I don’t know why people drink coffee from this place it is so yucky. The coffee in Honduras is so much better. The coffee in Honduras is not as bitter. Drinking coffee from this place is like drinking gutter sludge. Staryucks is a better name.
