Second time this week I go in. The first time I stopped waiting in line because they were taking forever. Today I went in at 4:30 and there was a young guy and girl, and there was no one in line, they couldn’t care less for being there and the girl making my drink filled a quarter of my cup with whip cream before she poured my drink, so I’m sipping on a cup full of whip cream. Spent $14 there, too much for their horrible service.

Ladies working Saturday night were beyond rude. I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to sit there n talk ugly about your customers n mention the customer can go to hell n I don’t know how people from waco do stuff around here but I’m not from waco while the other employee agrees with everything saying it’s not hard to use Google to figure out an order while they are about to hand me my coffee why not be polite and explain to the customer the order it wasn’t even busy for them to complain about someone asking about their coffee. Sad to see so many places in waco hiring rude employees with absolutely no manners!
