Starbucks on Ft. Sam Houston is the best! My daughter and I went during breakfast hours and ordered drinks and food. We got the drinks and left and hadn’t thought anything about the food. We were past the parking lot and at another building. Mirna came all the way outside to where we were and brought us the breakfast. She went above and beyond to get it to us. That walk was far and there aren’t many people that would have done that. We appreciate the extra effort in her outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Great service but subway next to it heck no. Nasty rude employees yelling at and when ordering something walk” away from you even the supervisor answering what to a complain. First time at subway never again.. Starbuck’s yes wonderful job at Starbucks

The individuals behind the counter need to learn to listen and actually repeat the orders they receive. Also, when behind the counter, they should keep comments about the customers to themselves and not blame customers for their mistakes. Horrible service.

On Aug 24 @925 went in to buy the new pink cup. Saw none. We to employee sitting at employee’s table. She’s eating and I asked about cups. Also sitting on the table are two cups of the new pink color in bags. I asked her about them and she agreed they belonged to employees. Wow Starbucks!
