They lady said that she was closed at 745 pm. And was to busy talking to a gentleman then staying open when it states open till 8. She just was bragging about how many guys hit on her. Absolutely rediculous. She shouldn’t be working here

Really disappointed in this location. I ordered a venti with extra pumps of white mocha. They filled it halfway and did not add any extra pumps. Why am I paying for a venti if you’re not going to fill it all the way up and the extras that I paid for?

Only one of the staff was doing their job. The other two were talking and not paying attention. One of them started to make my drinks and completely ignored the directions. My drinks came out disgustingly sweet. Whomever the manager is needs to retrain this staff member and assuming the woman she was training.

The inside is spacious and clean. I usually go into the store to pick up a mobile order. It has always been ready even before the estimated time. The people there are friendly and efficient. The drinks very a little but are usually good. I’d recommend nitro cold brew as it is very refreshing especially during the summer.

The pictures are of the dining area of the KingSoopers, not the actual seating area of the Starbucks located inside. The Starbucks is wonderful, and the staff is great. The Manager, Joey, does a phenomenal job at maintaining his store product availability. They can be extremely understaffed most of the time, but they don’t let it phase them, and can give great customer service. The employees are trained by Starbucks, but they are hired by Kingsoopers, just so everyone knows they know how to make an actual drink.

This is my favorite starbucks location in Castle Rock. They are way faster then the one by the outlet malls, and the staff are always kind and grateful. They’ve never messed up my order. Love it

Starbucks does a great job of delivering a consistent product. I rate this location 3 stars because of the drive through. It wraps around a Qdoba next door and can have a huge line of people. I made the mistake of joining the line to realize the 8 cars in front of me would take about 15 minutes to clear through. If you are in a hurry, the drive through is definitely not for you.
