Starbucks is amazing it’s just one worker that made my drink and my friends drink terrible! It tasted so bad that we both got food poisoning. Whenever that worker makes my drink it’s always really bad! He is working right now as I’m posting this. Other then that this Starbucks is amazing! Would rate 5 if that worker wasn’t there.

They are always out of a lot of stuff. Today was lemonade, they have been out of lemonade for days. Out of decaf and they are still slow and the drinks are made wrong. The staff are not professional, they need to be trained. I blame it on the managers. They need to get their stuff together if not I’m going somewhere else. I’ll drive 10 minutes away to get the proper service.

It’s awesome watching two employees trying to mop up a spill and the other employee Diana stand there and have a 10 minutes convo with people while customers are waiting to be helped. I don’t understand why guests aren’t a priority while your other two employees are trying there best to stay a float taking orders making drinks and cleaning up a spill. I’m sure they feel super supported!

I don’t really enjoy Starbucks, I prefer getting gas station coffee, also depends on the gas station. There’s something off putting about paying 5 bucks and waiting 15 minutes to get coffee after standing in line for 20 minutes. On a further note the coffee isn’t particularly much better than home brewed or your average gas station brew.
