Polite and courteous service. Ordered some green tea double sweet and it came just barely sweet, but I also realize that’s the standard in this part of the country, so I have to cut them some slack. The attendant said the oven was broken so I couldn’t get any actual food, which is what I came to get, which was somewhat annoying. But the attendant nonetheless did their best with what they had.

This Starbucks lacks basic manners. Even though they are effectively efficient in the delivery of their product, their verbal politeness does not exist. This has been occuring weekly for about 2 months, but today was a huge eye opener. As I walked in the door to pick up my mobile order, I said “Good morning!” There was no response from the two gentleman behind the counter. As I left, I said “Thank you.” Both of them looked at me and said nothing. I was THE ONLY customer in the store. This type of rudeness doesn’t go with the deliciousness of Starbucks coffee. It rather puts a damper on the taste. Starbucks employees: it makes a HUGE difference when you say good morning or you’re welcome to your customers.

Average location and they didn’t have a merry Christmas or happy holidays gift cards in December! I’m not sure why I tried to find a happy valentines or just a generic Starbucks gift card later in February there because all they have is ugly “thank you” gift cards.
