I was very disgusted with the customer service and inappropriate conversations taking place at this location. While ordering my drink the 3 baristas working were talking about one of their family members “that was going to die alone and was even asked if shes ever been laid, and then why is she so cranky then?” Meanwhile my drink was incorrectly made and asked to have the correct one and the barista was irritated and didnt say a word and handed me a new drink. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. I tried to make polite conversation with the person taking my order and she absolutely refused to acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Maybe she was deaf because she also got my order wrong. I got past that and sat to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited. My order was sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes because the other barista REFUSED to call out my order as all the other starbucks do. Smh. IGNORANCE is all I can chalk it up to. Im almost afraid to drink it. Im COMFORTABLE in my skin, sorry for you if your NOT!!!!!!! dont take a customer service job if you can’t deal with CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Starbucks wait else can you say. The name says it all. Coffee!! . Mine is in the King Soopers on stroh and Parker road. With the virus now you can’t sit and relax with your coffee. But it’s the coffee I there for. The employees are very up to date with the new drinks and can make them fast.
